That looks like any burning car, could as well be with a good old combustion engine. We do not se the characteristic fire from a battery here. Since it's hard/impossible to see what car model it is, how do you know it's an EV?

That is not what an electric car fire looks like. It looks like the fire from ANY diesel-operated car has gone beyond the ignition phase and moved on to the interior. My main reason for coming to that conclusion is that none of the fire comes out from the floor area of the car. If it would have been an electrical car fire it would have for sure. Also regarding the area. I doubt that there is any charging stations close by, so the risk of an electric car to catch fire is close to zero.

This took atleast 1 minute of fast stupid planing. See when the fast smartass isn't there you get 2 places to clean up now and possible hazardous sites. Thankfully the car did not end up in the water because 1 second of real thought knows yeah water puts out fire but that river full of water will take any of these burning chemicals and spread them for F****** miles down stream. You don't do that even with the knowledge of dilution is the solution of pollution with help of riparian zones of wetlands and swamps. This is not a reparable natural disaster it is a chemical formulated site specific clean up at minimum from an uneducated dummy. Tar is relatively easy to scoop out contain and replace. Who knew someone who can only think like a 3rd grader would have the real solution to this complet F* up.
